Understanding Type 2 Diabetes
Brief:
To create an engaging and informative video, for health care professionals, to demonstrate the problems associated with Type 2 Diabetes and how small increases in blood sugar levels can lead to serious health complications.
Execution:
Using a simple and emotive watercolour style, we aimed to illustrate the humans behind the numbers and demonstrate that a life dominated by self-medication and strict diets is actually more difficult to maintain than statistics may presume.
Result:
The video was screened at medical symposiums across Europe and in private screenings with health care professionals globally. It has also, recently, been re-commissioned for a second round of distribution.
